Terms of use

Plain rules for using this site. They describe how it actually works — where something is still an open question, we say so rather than inventing an answer.

What these terms cover

They cover this website and the things you can do on it: reading about the products, building a layout in Design your booth, working through Start a concept, using the Community area, and sending us a project inquiry.

Using any of those means these terms apply to you. If you do not agree with them, please do not send us anything through the site.

What you send us

Tell us the truth. The contact details, company, show dates and booth information you give us are what we plan and quote from, so an inaccurate answer produces an inaccurate proposal.

Only send material you are allowed to send. Do not upload anything unlawful, and do not upload anyone else’s artwork, brand or photographs without their permission.

Your artwork stays yours

You keep every right you already had in the files you upload. Nothing here transfers ownership, and we do not use your artwork to promote ourselves.

We need one narrow permission to do the work: to store your files, show them back to you on the booth preview, and share them inside our team so we can prepare your proposal and, if you go ahead, produce the job. That is the whole of it.

If you want a file removed, contact us so we can review the request and explain what can be removed and what remains. You can also request removal of booth artwork from your own session.

We mark the file as removed after Microsoft acknowledges removal from the active document library, or reports the file already absent. Our record of the uploaded file remains.

This does not establish permanent erasure of recycle-bin or other provider-retained copies. See the Privacy Notice for the retention details we have not verified.

What is not allowed

Do not upload malware, or files built to exploit whoever opens them.

Do not impersonate another person or company, or send an inquiry in someone else’s name.

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or work around any part of the site, and do not try to reach data that is not yours.

The previews are planning aids

The 3D booth, the measurements, the product sizes and everything else the site displays are there to help you think. They are drawn to real catalogue dimensions, but a screen is not a site survey: real rooms have columns, rigging limits, power, ceiling heights and neighbours.

Catalogue pages and planning previews are not offers, reservations or promises that a product is in stock or available on your dates. An issued proposal is a separate document, governed by the terms it presents.

Colours on a screen are indicative. A frame colour you pick in the designer is a concept, and the finish is confirmed in your proposal.

What actually controls the work

Only a proposal you have accepted, or a signed agreement, sets the scope, the specification, the price and what each of us owes the other. Where anything on this site differs from that document, the document is right and the site is not.

AI assistance in our staff’s work

Emma is the AI assistant our staff use to look up information and prepare work. AI-generated output can be wrong or incomplete. It is not professional advice, including legal, tax, financial, medical or engineering advice.

Staff must review customer-facing AI drafts before sending them or confirming a send. Emma can prepare invoice, follow-up and campaign drafts. She does not independently email customers; sending an invoice requires a staff member’s named confirmation and uses that person’s mailbox.

Do not use AI assistance to impersonate someone, submit unlawful material, or bypass another person’s mailbox, private-chat or access permissions. Only provide material you are allowed to use.

Check facts and permissions before reusing an AI-assisted output. These terms do not give you rights in someone else’s material. An AI draft does not change a price, scope or commitment in an accepted proposal or signed agreement.

Third-party AI service providers process information for Emma. The Privacy Notice names them in one dated list and explains what they receive, what we keep, our account-setting information and the questions we have not resolved. It also describes automatic staff replies and fixed Teams notices.

Governing law and venue

Delaware law governs these website terms. Court proceedings about these terms belong in the state or federal courts in Delaware, subject to rights and venue rules that cannot be changed by agreement.

Access

Some parts of the site are behind an emailed sign-in link. Keep that link to yourself — anyone who has it can reach what it opens.

We may suspend or remove access where we need to: to stop abuse, to protect the site or someone else on it, or where these terms are being broken.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date below changes when we do, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

Contact

Questions about these terms, or about something you sent us, go to hello@lumenart.ai.

What we do with what you send is a separate document: our Privacy Notice lists every field we collect, who receives it, how long we keep it, and what we cannot yet delete.

Effective 2026-10-01.
